Cwm Elan Water Storage and Leat

The remains of a possible water storage pit or a swimming pool. If it was used for storing water, it may have been for the mill that was at Cwm Elan Stables. There is a water leat that runs from Nant Methan near Cwm Elan Mine. The leat passes through a stone culvert and continues for a distance to the pit. There are also some lead pipes still in situ at the site.
